Q1. Do I have to purchase a tour voucher in advance?
Yes please. It is a must to purchase tour vouchers well in advance as the process necessitates careful planning in advance.

Q3. Do I have to bring any ID Proof?
As the tour itinerary may include security sensitive locations also, it is mandatory to produce a government Photo ID as proof at the time of arrival.
Q4 Are children under the age of 8 allowed to join the Segway tour?
No, children under the age of 8 and minimum weight below 20 kg are not permitted on the tour for safety reasons.
Q5 Is there a restriction on a group size?
Tours are always limited to 5 people in order to provide an immersive tour experience
Q6. What exact locations do we visit?
Every tour has different locations. Kindly refer to your tour itinerary to know the details.
Q7. Are the tours conducted in English only?
Primary language is English however tour guides on request address tourists in Hindi as well.
Q8. How will I hear the tour guide’s commentary?
Our tour supervisor and marshals will be interacting with you all along the tour. They shall share information pertaining to the monuments and important buildings covered in your itinerary.
Q9. What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. But don’t worry! Some of our best tours have taken place in less-than-perfect weather! Just remember to bring a poncho, not an umbrella, as you will need both hands to operate the Segway.
Q10. Are there any terms & conditions that I need to accept prior to my booking?
All tourists must accept the terms and conditions before taking the tour. Tourists under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them.
Q11. I am a Delhi area local – will I enjoy this tour?
Though you may have seen the sights before, you will still enjoy the unique experience of gliding through the heart of the Capital.
Q12. What all items can I bring along on the tour?
You may carry a bottle of water, juice, a phone or a camera in your backpack. There is no provision of storage facility, hence you will be liable for the safety and security of your belongings.
Q13. Will we stop to take photos and go inside the sites listed for the tour?
Since the tour is of short duration, only limited stops at select locations will be made where you could take photos from outside.
Q14. Who can take the tour on Segway ® PT?
The Segway PT is recommended for those weighing more than 20 Kg and not exceeding125 Kg and within age limit of 8 to 65 years. All minors under age 15 are advised to be accompanied by an adult/major. All tourists should have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance.
Q15. Is there any prior experience or pre-requisites to take a tour on Segway PT?
At the beginning of the tour our marshals will provide you a 5-10 minute hands-on orientation session explaining you all the necessary safety and operation guidelines to familiarize you on how to drive a Segway safely. In addition you will have to wear the safety gears like helmet, elbow pads and knee pad which we shall provide for use during the tour.
Q16. How safe is it to ride a Segway PT?
Segway PTs, are very safe to ride. On board computers senses the body movement and the terrain constantly and balances itself for the rider to experience seamless gliding. However, the speed governer function of the PTs will provide a pushback to the rider, if they cross the permissible threshold speed. Also any unsafe use of Segway PTs by the rider, detected by it’s computers, triggers alarms which alerts the rider to realign to safe parameters. The unique functioning of the Battery Management System allows sufficient warning and time to off board the Segway before it shuts down.
Q17. What are the safety guidelines for use of Segway PT?
Segway is a personal transporter and thus must be used for the transport of a single individual only within the allowable weight and age

Elderly people/physically challenged / people with any kind of disability are recommended not to ride the Segway.
It is advisable not to wear overflowing garments or accessories while riding a Segway to avoid accidents.
Sharpe twists and turns to be avoided, as this leads to misbalancing of the gyroscope leading to serious injuries.
Erratic and sudden movements are the most prominent causes of injuries.
Excessive force by leaning forward and trying to race Segway may lead to possible injuries.

Q18. Do I/we have to sign a liability waiver
Though utmost care and assistance would be provided by our Tour leaders and GSA as mentioned in Q16, all riders have to mandatorily sign a liability release as, Segway PT is a personal mobility device and all the controls are with the rider.
